I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay special. The bar staff surprised me with great drink choices and even left a cake and card in my room for my birthday. The hotel also had heated coves in the back of the restaurant, a unique and cool addition. The location was convenient, right next to the Blackfriars underground station, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel was situated in a nice safe area, ensuring a comfortable stay.

This venue is located in an excellent position with easy access to public transport. the room was spacious and clean with exclusive amenities. the customer service was very pleasant and friendly, attending to my every need. the restaurant offered an array of delicious options for breakfast, with special diet menus also available. private facilities were offered which ensured a luxurious experience.
The only minor issue was the TV remote which was fiddly to use. it did not majorly affect my experience at this hotel.
